The main print unit is coloured in black and has silver strips on.Visible features on the printer are narrowed down to a Pictbridge usb connection port,an input source button to change over the paper feed tray and a power/cancel feed button.
The Canon IP4500 uses five ink cartridges for its print system, this includes a pigment black colour for high quality documents and text,and dye based yellow,cyan,magenta and black for enhanced graphics ability and blending of colour in prints or photos.
The connection options on the Canon IP 4500 are a USB port on the unit.The printer includes an inbuilt duplexer for automatic double sided prints.A Pictbridge USB port will allow the user to print jobs directly from any Pictbridge cameras or cameraphones.
